Toyota Prado TXL — full repaint

The brief

The paint had gone chalky on the bonnet and roof after years in the sun, and the clear coat was starting to lift on one of the doors.

The owner wanted a deep, even finish across the whole body rather than a patch-up of the worst panels.

What we did

• Trim, lights, mirrors and door handles removed for full access
• Loose clear coat stripped back and feathered into sound paint
• Bumpers repaired, straightened and primed
• Whole vehicle prepared, sealed and painted in the booth
• Clear coat flattened and machine polished after curing
• Reassembly, panel alignment and a full valet before handover

The result

A uniform, deep finish with consistent colour across every panel and no visible blend lines.
